Off-Highway the CJ impressed us all by climbing over dirt track obstacle with no problem. The Modification in the ground clearance, approach departure angles and flex combined with modification make it easier to ride on the mountain. My personal view is that Jeeps are one of a few 4*4 vehicles that you can drive off for some serious off-road trip like rock and slopes. The modification are done on jeep to make it more capable off-road with improved ride height, suspension to make it travel for better ride experience.

Difference Between a CJ ,YJ&TJ Jeep
The first jeep designated "CJ" was built by Willys. There is no definitive record of a CJ-1, but the CJ-2 was built in 1944 and 45 and said "Agrijeeps" on its data plate. The CJ-2A was built in 1944 and 1945. The CJ-2A was built from 1945-49. The CJ-3A was built from 1949-53 and the CJ-3B was built from 1953-68. All of these jeeps can be easily distinguished by their flat front fenders. Instead of curving over the front wheel, the front fenders were flat and horizontal. The CJ-4 exists as a single model prototype built in 1951--it also has flat front fenders. It look like the old and fine combination of off road drive It has the the pulley install in on its bumper to help to pull others when needed
The CJ series continued with the CJ-5, CJ-6, CJ-7 and CJ-8. All CJ-5+ models came standard with a three- or four-speed-manual transmission and front and rear leaf-spring suspension. They had round headlights, and their front fenders curved over the front wheels, unlike the flat front fenders of earlier model. It is 4*4 version which is best for some off road route.
YJ Jeep
The YJ series were Wranglers. They came with five-speed manual or three-speed automatic transmissions. The YJ series offered transfer cases named Command Trac that allowed you to choose between two- or four-wheel drive. The YJ series is easily distinguished by its square headlights and swing-out tailgate. Like the CJ, the YJ also used leaf-spring suspension front and rear. It HAs fog light installed which will help you in the worse weather to find the way easier.
TJ Jeep
The TJ series began production in 1997 and retained the name "Wrangler." All models produced since 1997 are TJs. The TJ reverted to round headlights and sported a new suspension. Each wheel has an upper and lower control link with coils instead of leaf springs. The TJ series came stock with a five-speed manual or three-speed automatic It was first for with the coil spring as compare to other models
JK
The JK, which is the current Jeep model, has a new and more comfortable interior, and one of the models has a totally new hard top, which is the same color as the body. In addition, the JK has a completely new instrument panel, designed with more storage, including a lockable console, comfortable armrests and higher-quality materials. The JK also boasts larger rear windows for enhanced visibility, and it also offers the options of heated seats, power mirrors and other .It has same functions which normal car has but what make a difference as it can be used for off road drive too.
TJ
The next type was the Jeep TJ, produced from 1997 until 2007, and it had three engine choices --- a 2.4 liter, 4.0 liter and a 2.5 liter. This was a complete redesign, and the vehicle was available as a two-door convertible or truck. It also offered transmission options of four-speed automatic, five-speed manual and six-speed manual, as well as a larger gas tank. This type of jeep was a trail machine with safety features such as dual airbags and anti-lock, 4-wheel disc brakes as well as towing capacity. This model has many different models and each one has something upgraded then other which make lot of difference. however the engine power is same

YJ
AMC introduced the Jeep YJ, known as the Wrangler, in 1987. It was a redesign of the CJ to include comfortable features and a new dashboard. It was also lower and wider, and had other style changes such as square headlights, side-opening tailgates and turn signal lights. Safety features such as a larger wheelbase and extended sports bar were added in the 1990s. Also added were soft-tops, engine choices, air-conditioning and other options, and the model became more common for on-road use. The last one was produced in 1995. This model was Not so popular among people which might be the reason to stop its production.
CJ
Full-Sized Jeeps
2. Full-Sized Jeeps : JEEPS HERITAGE
Full-sized Jeeps morphed from utility vehicles into during the 1970s. Early Wagoneer models were prefixed by SJ, but 1984-1990 models had XJ and the 1993 Grand Wagoneer ZJ. Cherokees from 1974 to 1983 were designated SJ, from 1984 to 2001, the designation was XJ. From 1993-1998, Grand Cherokees bore ZJ, and from 1999 to 2004 they were called WJ. Jeep Comanches are designated MJ models. Jeep Wranglers are designated YJ, TJ, LJ or JK, depending on year of manufacture. Jeep Liberty contains KJ models. Every model stands out the difference from the other one has more facilities available so the other has More engine power. Modification on this models were carried out to attract more people to own Jeep and fell the "Power".
Types of Jeeps
Jeeps were developed for U.S. Army use in World War II. Returning soldiers wanted civilian counterparts of the go-anywhere, almost-indestructible vehicles they had used in the war, so companies such as Willys, Kaiser, American Motors and Chrysler produced non-military versions. Many types of Jeeps exist, and for maintenance, knowing the type is important. Classification is primarily based on year of production, but other factors enter into the equation. It further classified into these types:
1. Military Models:
Most 4-passenger jeeps built after World War II have the prefix "M" followed by a model number. Jeep wagons, trucks, and ambulances were also built. The Ford Jeep model M151, called the "MUTT" for "Military Utility Tactical Truck," was first used in the Vietnam War. Military Jeeps were modified to carry anti-tank, anti-aircraft and other artillery as well as firefighting equipment. The Chrysler Jeep Wrangler has a military version, the J8. IT has the V8 engine which give it power to ride in any condition or terrain according to needs. It was helpful for communication in the off road conditions to check the route.
